Additional Delivery Information
Deliveries are to a UK Mainland address only. This excludes the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Delivery charges are for standard delivery only, and we aim to get your product(s) to you as soon as we possibly can. Estimated delivery timescales can be found above.
Special ‘weekend’ or ‘AM/PM’ deliveries may be arranged if the option is available with our courier, but these will incur additional charges.
Delivery requests added to order notes such as ‘leave with neighbour’ will be added to courier order notes if possible, but we cannot promise these will always be noted and fulfilled by the delivery driver.
If you require delivery to an address outside of the UK or to any of the excluded delivery locations, please contact us before making any order as additional arrangements will need to be made and additional delivery costs will apply.
We only use reputable delivery/courier companies that meet our high standards and expectations. We expect all deliveries to arrive on time and in perfect working order. If you do not receive your order in the given timeframe, please contact us for help.
Please note: we can not be held responsible for delivery issues when they are solely related to the delivery/courier company who are transporting your purchased items, as these matters will be out of our control (e.g industrial strike action, damage in transit etc). But rest assured, we will be more than happy to help with any issues raised, as your custom and satisfaction is paramount to us.
Bulk Orders
Large bulk orders can be accommodated for but there may be an increased delivery timescale due to stock availability. If you have any questions regarding large bulk order stock availability, turnaround times and any additional delivery costs, please don’t hesitate to contact us – and we will be more than happy to help.
